Replacement yellow foams for use with the Shure sound isolating earphones. These reusable sleeves fit comfortably in the ear and allow for ease of insertion. The Shure EA120 sleeves are the replacement sleeves for the Shure E3c, E3g, E4c, E4g, E5c, I3, I4c, E3c-n and E4c-n models . Shure also manufacturers other types of replacement sleeves and foams for your earphones if you prefer a different fit. The Shure EA410 and EA710 Models are also compatible with the Shure E3c, E3g, E4c, E4g, E5c, I3, I4c, E3c-n and E4c-n models.

The higher-priced se series only takes the "universal" size. The small fit perfectly for me. I'm still a fan of Shure, but these 1-size-fits-all sleeves are just plain idiotic. At the time I'm writing this you can get them cheaper directly from the Shure site. These are so oversized that the foam sometimes folds over on itself and dampens the sound. I used to have shure e2c, which could use small/medium/large foam sleeves.
. They're foam, you put them on your earphones and then put them in your ear.
These are the best foams to use to keep out the sound in my opinion. They also collect ear gunk fast. So instead I found out that you can just tie them in a sock and put them in with the laundry and they come out just like new. However, I would not pay that much for peices of foam to replace dirty ones. The foams are sometimes itchy and irritating.
I also have a pair of the "Triple Flange" designed Shure Ear Buds. (I was not going to risk pouring glue near the tiny speakers). They are very good but still lose their tackiness once you start to sweat (I use my E3's exclusively for working out. I can use an ear piece about ten times before it does not expand full enough to enclose the ear and prevent exterior noise. Respectfully submitted, K.K.
If the cost, color, and longevity were better, I would have rated this product much higher. Compared to the hard silicone pieces that came with my head phones, these are vastly superior. Shure offers several ear pieces for the E3, E4, and other similarly designed headphones. Also "memory foam" loses its "rebound" quickly with daily use.
By design however; any headphone which fits in the ear canal will never be as good as a headphone which sits on- or covers the entire ear.I have several complaints: Most notibly how expensive this simple piece costs. Compared to the rubber bear buds, the rubber earbuds are easier to put in your ear but once they get sweaty, they are slippery and fall out repeatedly. Finally, I do not like the optic yellow color. I tried making a similar device using ear plugs designed for shooting but the headphone wouldn't stay attached to the plug.
If I'm in a cafe or other public place where I want noise reduction, I use a Bose product which sits on the outside of the ear). For the E3 / E4 headphones the Yellow Foam Sleeves work best for me. I find the yellow foam sleeves the best in terms of fit and ambient noise reduction.
I had some trouble getting them to fit on the earpiece, but they are worth the struggle. These foam ear foams block out outside noises and are very comfortable to wear.
