Editorial Reviews:

This Audio / Video Cable provides composite video and audio output for quality picture viewing. You can also utilize the AV cable as a connection to your stereo system allowing left and right audio to pass through. Our "universal" 3.5 connection is compatible with hundreds of devices. Practically any device with a headphone jack port can utilize this cabling.

User Comments about the Macally Audio and Video Cable for iPod classic 4G, 5G, 5.5G (White)

However it did cost all of 3$ and to be honest I'm actually okay with the quality. It feels cheap and it needs to be wiggled into just the right spot before it works.

(+ 2.98 shipping) I bought this for my Creative Zen X-Fi2 and didn't want to pay $20 for the 'official' cable. Highly recommended. Sound output is low but probably due to the Zen rather than the cable. Great cable for one penny from Agent Frugal.

Plugs into any RCA port, including DVD players. I was skeptical at first because the cost was so cheap, but it works perfectly.

iPod with remote control. This time I jiggled the plugs at their TV jacks and it worked. Sound and video quality are pretty good, once you get the jiggling thing down.Given the price, it's a great value (that bumped it up to 4 stars).Bonus neat trick: I happen to have a clock radio with a remote control AND an iPod dock. It's kind of like the old rabbit-ear antennas. Unless it's a widescreen video, the widescreen setting doesn't look good on an older box-screen TV.4. Things I learned: 1. When I first tried to watch a video from my Video iPod 5G to TV, I got no signal.

Jiggling at both ends of the cable can help. Moved the clock next to the TV and set my iPod in the dock and voila. Don't forget the "TV Signal Out" setting.3. You have to reposition it, then hope it doesn't move.2. After reading all the other reviews, I tried again. The kind that lets you play your iPod through the clock radio speaker. Very frustrating.

I would have liked the shipping to have been quicker but I can't complain. Everything was as expected.
