I don't know how to get hold of anyone to either get a new ring or get my money back. The back of the ring just fell apart and she was not able to wear it any longer. She was so excited about getting the ring. I was very disappointed in it. I bought this ring for my granddaughter and she wore it for a week and it broke.
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. 12 shots later, I'm a new woman. I bought this ring in hopes that it would prevent me from making some bad choices.
When i opened the box the ring was so small compared to the picture.
My advice would be never to buy A ring online, NEVER.:D
The company is screwed up, they never even wrote me back when i wrote them about the ring.

So i had to polish it with nail polish, which you shouldn't have to.
So after a hour i notice the ring was starting to turn green, which is odd because it's SUPPOSE to be sterling silver, and i never even had my hands wet.
Well i got it on 28th of December.
seen better rings in a gumball machine.
My mother brought this ring for me for christmas, She ordered it on the 15th of December, and It said that the 24th would be the lastest.
She was thrilled with it.I was very happy with it,very pretty, made well.Shipped fast.Great to do business with.Thank you. Bought this for our 18 year old daughter for Christmas.
