Remember, it's a promise ring, not an engagement ring.What stood out even more was JS jeweler's customer service. I contacted JS and got a prompt email to send it back for a new one. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Some reviews say that it is small, but personally, I think its perfect.
About a week later and the problem was fixed. When I looked at it closely though, I found one of the prongs holding in one of the diamonds to be broken, leaving only 3 prongs holding in the diamond. When I recieved the ring by UPS it looked exactly as shown and exaplained. And for the price, it was amazing.
They sent me a new ring with no problems whatsoever. This is a great promise ring no doubt.
But it cleaned up pretty well. I would buy from again and recommend. The sticker on the ring left a lot of residue on the ring. Very beautiful, and A good buy at 150 buxs. Was everything I expected out of the ring. Also said 410.00 on the ring and you advertise the ring at 390.00.But Great ring and fast shipping. I received The ring I ordered today.
the shipping was fast. Wish they have put it differently. unfortunately the seller put a sticker tag around it so I had a very very hard time to get rid of the sticky glue. it is a tiny but a pretty ring.
I think my girlfriend will absolutely love it. Other than that, it's a beautiful ring and the "Sale" price on the tag that came on the ring stated "$350" so it was a very good deal. The product on Amazon states total MINIMUM gem weight as 0.1 carats, however the tag on the ring I received stated it as 0.09 carats.
Plus, it was a great price. He found my order the same day that I ordered it and I had it in time for the weekend. I called the customer service line for JS Jewlers and the guy there handled it great. I'd recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend absolutely loved it. When I ordered this product, I ordered it about mid-week in hopes that it would reach me by the weekend.
