It is a little bit thicker than I had imagined, but I realize this was necessary because of its design. I put a 3rd generation iPod there, and a set of headphones.Normally, I am not a big fan of additional cases, but the Vuzix glasses just look like they could get cracked or broken packed away into a pocket (not because they are cheap, but because they have all sorts of joints and wires and hooks and the like, which just scream out "catch me on something."), so I think a little precaution is not a bad thing here. This case is not something that will fit in a typical pocket, but it goes nicely into a backpack. The case is divided into two pieces, with the lower clamshell half holding the glasses, and the upper clamshell half, thoughtfully equipped with an elastic retaining net, holding whatever else one might want. This case also fits the Vuzix glasses.
Works for the competitor's iwear products too. Will fit your ipod, the glasses and everything else. This case is perfect, ensures nothing gets smooshed.
This is a nice rigged lightweight zippered case that offers good protection and a web pocket for pendant storage.gets a little tight if you are storing all cables(iPod and standard AV cables).
Highly recommend for storing your MyVu. Nice case, semi-hard shell. Everything to go with MyVu fits in the case, including my iPod Video Classic.
it's sturdy and large enough to fit the goggles and the cables you need to connect them. Love the case.
