Had no issues returning it for a 9 1/2. Originally ordered a size 10 that turned out to be too big. It is a lot heavier than his titanium wedding band. My Husband loves it. Ordered this ring for my husbands first fathers day.
We ordered the wrong size, and customer service helped us send it back and when I requested new tracking they said check back on Tuesday b/c of the holiday weekend, but I didn't have to do that we received the new ring on Saturday, just two days after they received the returned item. My husband is so happy. =) We were so excited for the fast delivery and the helpful staff. We loved the ring.
He and I both love it. This is awesome. Totally worth the money. It looks like an expensive ring. I bought this to replace my husband's old wedding ban.
However, I had to return it and when contacting customer service the person I spoke to was not very helpful or friendly. The ring was amazing.
The new ring's sizing was perfect and now I proudly wear this as my wedding ring. The return was hassle-free and I received the ring back from the company within a week. Size ordered was too small, called Metal Masters' 800-phone number and the representative took down my order number and emailed me the exchange instructions within 24 hours. Great value overall and I would not hesitate to do business with the company again. It is a little bigger and heavier than some of the other rings I shopped for at the local malls, but that is a small drawback as this ring is fantastic and the price was right. Purchased with standard shipping, arrived within the week.
