I also like that it has the look of gold, yet, is much more durable than gold. And though the ring does look as shown in the photo, in person, it appears as if it would be made of yellow gold, with the contrasting gray laser etched Infinity design in the middle. For someone on a budget, I really don't think you can go wrong with this ring. Just make sure you order the correct size, due to the "9" hardness value of the metal. Mine still looks like new, though I wear it daily and have subjected it to whatever I'm doing around the house, even concrete repair and other heavy handed chores. If you want a ring that 10 years from now, will look as new, this is it.
It did not take long for me to get used to the extra weight, as the inside of the ring is curved much like the "comfort fit" of my old wedding band, so the ring feels smooth and natural against my finger. Of consideration, is that Tungsten Carbide is a much heavier metal than gold, which may or may not be an issue for you. I have not tried, but think it would be near impossible to scratch this ring. The pattern is somewhat subdued, but I prefer it that way as it blends in nicely with the rest of the ring. I have owned this ring for several years now and feel one simply can't go wrong with Tungsten Carbide, in terms of look and durability.
THE RING ACCURATE IN SIZE, HOWEVER I THOUGHT THE ENGRAVED DESIGN WOULD BE MORE DETAILED. I GOT THE RING WAY BEFORE THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SHIPPING TIME.
